Banana Berry Power Smoothie
Banana Berry Power Smoothie Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 small, peeled ripe banana
- 1/4 cup stemmed, sliced strawberries
- honey to taste
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla soy protein powder
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.

I am looking for a power smoothie that will help to put on some pounds and give energy. A friend of mine is sick and is losing weight like crazy and sleeps all the time. He won’t eat but will drink. What can I mix together to give him some of his health back. Unfortunally, at this point in time his doctor said he cannot have yogurt. Thanks.
