Apple Coconut Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c Apple juice
  • 1 pn Coconut — grated OR_ -1 Tbsp coconut milk
  • 1/2 ea Banana
  • 1/4 ts Ginger root — fresh,peeled -grated
  • 1/2 c -Crushed ice — or 2 small ice -Cubes

Blend all until smooth.
