i made this just now (still finishing mine) and i LOVED IT! i made just a few tweaks though.... i put ice in mine and used 1 1/2 containers of yogurt and a little more lemonade.... but still the original would have been good too, i just personalized it! :

This smoothie might be very delicious but it is SO UNHEALTHY!!!! Not a diet one for sure. Ppl will just crash metabolism on it.

Really... better add some water + frozen mangoes and pineapples from Trader Joes instead of adding those lemonaids and sweeteners. I'm adding plain 1% greek yogurt to my smoothies and with all those fruit it's sweet enough. Yes, not 100% strawberry but much healthier and diet(er)

fat-free yoghurt, sugar-free lemonade, additional sugar substitute... OMG! Didn't anyone tell you that it takes about 6 months for liver to detoxify from those sugar substitutes?

I really would recommend anyone trying to lose weight these ways to pick up a Jillian Michaels' "Master your metabolism" book. No rocket science, just simple explanations how our internal organs work and how easy is to get hormones out of balance and get on the "can't-lose-weight" track.
