Morrison Smoothie Recipe
Morrision Smoothie Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 3/4 cup orange punch(or juice)
- 1 container apple juice (what you buy at the store,the little cups)-half frozen
- 10 ice cubes
Cut,peel and put the bananas into the the blender. Pour in 3/4 cup orange punch/juice and blend until smooth.Pour in the half frozen apple sauce and ice cubes and blend. Add a dash of vanilla and/or your favourite sprinkles.
Variations:
Add other fruit or substitute. Intsead of bananas try strawberries or instead of orange punch or juice, try fruit punch or ice tea. Try freezing the apple sauce completely or not at all. I also added some chocolate syrup and a little milk.Try your own variations. Put a coloured bendy straw in the glass an ddrink it up. Serves 2.

Frozen Banana Smoothie
The simplicity of a banana served from the freezer and the addition of any fruit of your choice. You can’t go wrong with this and the vanilla extract will make this a favorite simple smoothie recipe.
Frozen banana Smoothie Recipe
- 2 frozen bananas
- Vanilla extract
- Sliced seasonal fruit
Cut frozen banana into 4 pieces and cut away peel and discard. In blender, blend banana until thick and smooth.
Add a dash of vanilla extract and blend again. Scoop out and serve with fresh sliced seasonal fruit.

Tropical Paradise Smoothie
Tropical Paradise Smoothie Recipe
This is a great smoothie that appeals to most tastes because so many are blended in on great smoothie recipe.
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple-orange juice
- 1 cup sliced banana (about 1 medium)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 3/4 cup diced pineapple
- 1/2 cup vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt
- 1 tablespoon flaked sweetened coconut
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth. Serve immediately.

Zacarito Smoothie
The Zacarito Smoothie Recipe
- 1/2 container of Welch’s Frozen 100% white grape juice concentrate
- 1 peeled banana
- 1/2 Strawberrys, fresh or frozen(if frozen, let thaw 15 min)
- 1/2 Pineapple Chunks, fresh or canned
- 1 to 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- Ice Cubes
Smoothie Preparation:
- Pour the concentrate into blender.
- Add fruit and scoop in yogurt
- fill blender half way with ice
- Blend untill thick and smooth (should not be watery or thin)
************************For an “adult” twist*********************************
Add 3/4 shot glass of brandy or 1 shot glass of strawberry vodka into the bottom of the blender before following with concentrate, fruit,yogurt and ice. Blend untill thick and smooth
If you perfer, you can substitute a spash of milk for the yougurt.
You may add or leave out any fruit.
The frozen concentrate is important for this recipe, it makes it think, and gives it a stronger flavor.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie Recipe
Can you ever have enough strawberry or banana smoothie recipes? We will find out. Here is another with coconut.
strawberry banana Smoothie Recipe
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen banana cubes
- 1 cup pineapple juice — or more if needed
- 2 tablespoons cream of coconut
- 1 dash grenadine garnish: ripe strawberries
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add more pineapple juice if needed. Serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings
Blend all ingredients together until smooth!

Peaches & Cranberry Smoothie
Cranberry needs special care when put in a smoothie and this smoothie recipe delivers is safely. Try it and see.
Peaches & Cranberry Smoothie Recipe
- 1 can peaches
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1⁄2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup crushed ice
Strain off juice from large can of peaches and throw juice away. Blend until smooth. Serves 4.
