Gettin’ My Grove Back Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of natural orange juice
  • 1 cup of sliced strawberries
  • 2 mangos peeled and with seeds removed
  • 2 tablespoons of Grade B Maple syrup
  • 1/3 teaspoon of Cinnamon
  • 1⁄4 Tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of crushed ice

Place all ingredients in blender, mix and drink

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons low fat natural yogurt 1-2 teaspoons honey (to taste)
  • 180ml cold milk (low fat or soy may be used)
  • Nutmeg

Place all ingredients, except nutmeg, into a blender and blend until
smooth. Pour into a tall glass, sprinkle with nutmeg if desired and
serve immediately. For a delicious nutty taste, try adding 1 tablespoon
of slivered almonds to the blender.
