Ingredients
- 2 servings of silken tofu
- 1/2 cup rice milk
- 1/2 cup soymilk
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 1 teaspoon flax ( add more if you want a nuttier flavor)
Preparation
Its simple. Just blend all ingredients together and… that’s about it.
If it’s too, thick just add some more of either rice or soy milk or both. This drink has a nutty fruity flavor, and is accompanied by the healthy fat found in flax seeds.

- 1 small banana
- other fruit (preferably fresh if available): 2-3 strawberries, peach slices, blueberries, etc.
- 6 to 8 ounces of fruit juice (orange, pineapple, grape, or whatever suits your palate)
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of coconut oil (solid)

Preparation
Blend the above ingredients with the immersion blender until they are smooth. If the drink is too thick for your taste, add a little more juice. Clean up is a quick rinse and blending of a drop or two of dish soap in some hot water and a thorough rinse.

- 2 cups tomato juice
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup peeled and chopped cucumber
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped scallions
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh-ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon hot-pepper sauce
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Chill for at least 30 minutes. Fill 4 glasses with ice and divide the smoothie mixture among the glasses.

- 3 peaches - peeled and sliced
- 1 medium banana
- 1 ½ cup skim milk
- 1 cup lemon or vanilla fat free yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 package cinnamon spice instant oatmeal
Preparation
Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve in chilled glasses. Serves 4.

- 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream

- 3 cups plain or vanilla soy milk
- 1 banana, peeled and frozen
- 1 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract

Preparation
Peel and cut banana into large chunks. Place in plastic freezer bag, seal, and freeze at least 5 to 6 hours or overnight. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

- 1 bag frozen strawberries (fresh works too)
- 1 whole lime
- 1 jug soy milk (vanilla flavored)
- 7 teaspoons brown sugar
- 4 ice cubes (add more if using fresh unfrozen strawberries)
Preparation
Add half a bag of frozen strawberries, or fill the blender halfway, cut the lime in half and add one half of its juice to the blender. Add soy milk til it reaches the top of the blender. Add 7 teaspoon of brown sugar and then add ice cubes. Blend at the lowest speed setting until it reaches a smooth consistency (about 45 seconds.) Add to frozen glasses, and take the other half of lime and slice them up and garnish on the glasses.
The tartness of the strawberries and the lime is wonderful, and the brown sugar adds the aromatic sweetness to it to balance it out. The soy milk gives it a strong base and is very healthy to boot. The ice helps smooth out and cool up the mixture. Makes 3-4 servings.

Ingredients
- 8 oz. Tropical Punch drink concentrate
- 1/2 medium key lime or lime, juiced
- 2 cups cold water plus ice cubes to measure 3 cups
- 2 medium Kiwi
- 2 cups Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
Mix all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Garnish with zest of lime.

- 1 Large ripe banana, sliced Thin
- 1/2 c Fresh strawberries sliced Thin
- 1/4 c Skim milk (2%)
- 1 ts Brown sugar
- 1/2 c banana yogurt or strawberry-banana
- 1 oz Dark rum
- 1 oz banana brandy
- 1/4 ts Orange peel grated
Place bananas & strawberries in a bowl and freeze. Remove after frozen & place in a blender. Add skim milk, yogurt, orange peel, & sugar. blend at medium speed until thick. Add rum & brandy. Pour into a chilled champagne saucer. Arrange strawberries, banana slices, & mint on long toothpicks. Rotate into drink & serve.
