Mango Peach Smoothie Shake

A rare combination of fruit and sorbet make this a wonderful dessert smoothie or a great snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1 small peach
  • 1 cup vanilla sorbet
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk

Preparation
Put mango and peach in a blender and process till smooth. Add sorbet and milk and blend until ingredients are thoroughly mixed and serve.

You can use any flavor of sorbet that suits your tastes. Just substitute your favorite sorbet.

Ingredients

  • 4 scoops orange sorbet (any other flavor you like can be substituted)
  • 2 cups brewed black tea

Preparation

Combine sorbet and tea in a blender and blend until smooth. Should serve 3 to 4 people.
