Mango Peach Smoothie Shake
A rare combination of fruit and sorbet make this a wonderful dessert smoothie or a great snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1 small peach
- 1 cup vanilla sorbet
- 1/2 cup low fat milk
Preparation
Put mango and peach in a blender and process till smooth. Add sorbet and milk and blend until ingredients are thoroughly mixed and serve.
Iced Tea Smoothie
You can use any flavor of sorbet that suits your tastes. Just substitute your favorite sorbet.
Ingredients
- 4 scoops orange sorbet (any other flavor you like can be substituted)
- 2 cups brewed black tea
Preparation
Combine sorbet and tea in a blender and blend until smooth. Should serve 3 to 4 people.
Non-Fat Fruit Smoothie
For a fast breakfast, or a refreshing snack, just mix these fruits and go! Reduce honey to one tablespoon and calories are cut in half.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup apple, sliced
- 1/4 cup banana, sliced
- 1 orange, peeled
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup ice
Preparation
1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Cappuccino Smoothie
Cappuccino Smoothie for a refreshing afternoon treat.
Ingredients
- 1 heaping scoop Ultra SlimoFast French Vanilla Powder
- 8 fl oz fat free milk
- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 1 packet artificial sweetener
- 9 ice cubes
Preparation
1. After blending, sprinkle with ground cinnamon or cocoa.
Coffee Banana Smoothie Shake
